Ready to Love

I've seen the fire I've felt the flame I've been to hell and back I'm the one to blame I held on to every single lie And I threw the truth away But the hardest part was to forgive Myself for all that pain

Now I'm ready to love I'm ready to change Finally steady enough To do whatever it takes I've lost count of second chances From all the wrong I've done Now I'm ready, I'm ready to love

I know I've broken Every promise that I've made Selfish and reckless These scars will never fade You had every single chance To walk away and let me go But you're standing here by my side And I want you to know

That I'm ready to love I'm ready to change Finally steady enough To do whatever it takes I've lost count of second chances From all the wrong I've done Now I'm ready, I'm ready

To let myself feel again To finally let someone in To lift my head up to the sky No longer asking why

Now I'm ready to love I'm ready to change Finally steady enough To do whatever it takes I've lost count of second chances From all the wrong I've done Now I'm ready, I'm ready Yes I'm ready, I'm ready... to love

I'm ready to love I'm ready to love I'm ready, I'm ready to love
