Not About Love

Ah, oh

I've been thinkin' 'bout my past life Tryna find the things that make me happy on a sad night I kinda miss my friends from Belville Only ones who know me more than anybody else will

'Cause I've been lonely chasing highs Just wanna be with myself tonight

I wanna write a song that's not about love Not about love, not about love Just tryna be the best I can be Yeah, whatever makes me happy I wanna write a song that's not about love Not about love, tryna see it all Just tryna be the best I can be I just wanna write my story

It's not about love It's not about love It's not about love, yeah It's not about love

I've been thinkin' 'bout my family Only ones who know enough to really understand me, uh Maybe I'm just gettin' older But lately, I've be leanin' on a different kind of shoulder

'Cause I've been lonely chasing highs Just wanna be with my friends tonight

I wanna write a song that's not about love Not about love, not about love Just tryna be the best I can be Yeah, whatever makes me happy I wanna write a song that's not about love Not about love, tryna see it all Just tryna be the best I can be I just wanna write my story

It's not about love It's not about love It's not about love, yeah It's not about love Uh It's not about love It's not about love, oh It's not about love, yeah oh...

Oh
